Word on the street is that the younger credit union professionals are seeking mentors...reach out and learn from each other.

It's exciting to see innovation and new ideas, getting younger professionals involved in the credit union movement. Their passion is contagious. Their playful spirit has the ability to reach audiences outside of traditional marketing channels.

For those of us who have been in the industry more years than we care to admit, keep your vision focused on harvesting the new ideas, looking for new approaches and innovating to position credit unions forward.

And oh yes, please vote!
